Tenant administrators can review it, and submission sends a notice through the site’s configured email delivery service to the administrator inbox. It is not published and does not create a resident profile; conversion to a resident is a separate administrator action.

No automatic deletion schedule is configured for this form. The inquiry remains in the tenant’s admin records until its administrators apply their retention policy. Contact the site to request access, correction, or deletion; administrators must confirm what can be changed or removed.
