- Walk
- W A S D or arrow keys. On touch screens, drag the joystick and tap Jump. Choose the arrow pad in Mobile movement below. Space jumps. Double Space toggles noclip. In flight, Space / Page Up rises and Shift / Page Down descends; double Space returns to walking. On mobile, double-tap Jump to toggle noclip; hold Jump to rise or Sink to descend.
- Look around
- Q / E or J / L turn left / right. I / K look up / down. R levels the view. You can also drag the view. Choose “Mouse look” to capture the pointer; Escape releases it. Press O or choose View to switch between first and third person. Painting and building use first person.
- Meet a work
- Click a visualizer or music work, or press F nearby, to play or pause it in the house. G or Details opens the work. Approach a record case, art cabinet, or reading shelf and press F to choose what fills the room. Images and writing open their details with F.
- Paint together
- Use Paint in the corner for tools. Press C to switch between Paint and Explore. Choose a canvas and brush. Digital paints directly; Wet mixes pigment, and Blend only moves existing color. Strokes and the brush outline continue past the canvas edge. Fullscreen studio fills the screen and pauses 3D rendering. Each canvas has Undo, Save PNG and Reset; admins can Publish as Work.
- Make music
- Choose Play instrument or press M anywhere to open piano, guitar, drums and other sounds without moving. You can also press F at an instrument in the Jam Hall. Use multiple fingers, computer keys or MIDI. Instruments share with room listeners by default; Stop sharing switches to private practice. Room listening starts when you explore or open an instrument. Mute room silences other performers for you while your instrument keeps sharing; Unmute room restores listening. Your microphone stays off until you enable it. Everyone in the same room hears full volume; outdoors, sound fades with distance.
- Room mixer
- Use the Jam Hall microphone, mixer or speakers, or open Sound. Set your mic effects, individual instrument levels and shared room mix. The DJ deck has its own room input.
- Record locally
- Record captures world audio on this device, including your microphone while it is on. Stop keeps a take in this browser; use Takes to download it or open Audio Studio for publishing.
- Tarot table
- Click a card or look at it and press F to flip it. Click the deck to shuffle. The reading plaque opens the full interface; the nearby board shows every card.
- Bookshelf
- Use Bookshelf in Jump or click a 3D book inside the Reading Garden house (Story Cloud in the other dimension). Read pages, bookmark your place, and keep a copy in Books to reopen anywhere. Give offers a copy to a nearby player; they choose Accept. Visitors can carry 20 books and leave up to five copies on the ground. Private writing keeps its existing access rules.
- Body paint
- Find the mannequin in the Painting House or Paint Corner, or choose Body-paint workshop in Jump. Paint the model, turn it to reach other sides, and choose Wear this skin. Undo and Reset affect your draft until you save.
- Karaoke & cinema
- Choose either room in Jump, then click its screen or queue stand. Add a YouTube link and Join screening. The playback host controls the room; karaoke singers can control their own turn. Volume is local. Optional autoplay repeats the room’s previous videos when requests run out.
- River floats
- Click a ring to float. Click another floating visitor’s ring to float behind them. Leave float, Escape, or movement returns you to shore.
- Paint a building or model
- In Build world, Recolor object applies one color. Select a solid model or piece and choose Paint surface to draw on it. Apply to build draft, then Save world to share it.
- House chat
- Enter opens chat and sends your message. Shift+Enter adds a line. Escape closes the panel and keeps your draft.
- Find your way
- Room buttons take you there instantly. Home returns to the entrance. B opens the catalog. N takes you to Luna in Sola’s house. ? opens these controls.
Auto adjusts detail and distance as you explore.
Room listening starts after you choose Explore, move, or open an instrument. Mute room silences incoming room audio for you; your instrument and microphone sharing are separate. Leave room audio disconnects both listening and sharing. Your microphone remains off until you enable it. Artwork media starts only when you choose Play, and stops when you leave the tab. Visualizers request microphone access on Play and react to it when allowed. Mic off disables this. Visualizer microphone audio stays on your device, and capture ends on pause or stop. Use the playback bar to pause, mute, stop, or open details.
